Write about a time when you were made to do something you did not want to do, and explain how you felt about it afterward.
Use this pattern
〜させられる is the causative-passive form. It is used when someone makes or forces you to do something, and it often carries a nuance of inconvenience, reluctance, or complaint. (When I was a child, I was made to practice piano every day.)

One way to write it
The answer uses 〜させられる in the causative-passive forms 命じられ and させられた to show the writer was forced by a superior, which matches the required grammar. The three must-words appear naturally: 上司 as the source of the order, 納得 for the initial unwillingness, and 我慢 to describe the hardship, while the ending shifts to a reflective, mature perspective.
Yours does not have to match this. It has to be yours.
