- AI tools provided by Nihoner are meant to support learning, not replace your own effort. Misuse may lead to account suspension or termination.
4) Respect Intellectual Property

- Do not upload or redistribute copyrighted books, pirated materials, or illegal downloads.
- You may not re-publish or redistribute third-party/API content sourced through Nihoner (e.g., dictionary data, datasets, media) unless the original rights holder’s license permits it.
- Always credit original creators where attribution is required.
5) Safety & Privacy
- Do not post illegal, violent, harmful, or sexually explicit content.
- Protect your own privacy — do not share sensitive personal or financial information.
- Do not publish someone else’s private data without their explicit consent.
6) User-Generated Content Disclaimer
- Nihoner does not pre-screen all user content and is not legally responsible for user submissions.
- By posting, you grant Nihoner a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, adapt, and distribute your content within the platform.
- You represent and warrant that you have the rights to everything you post.
7) Enforcement & Moderation
To protect the platform, we reserve the right to:
- Remove or restrict access to content that violates these Guidelines, our Terms, or the law.
- Suspend or terminate accounts at any time, at our sole discretion.
- Preserve user content and account data where reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce policies, or defend legal claims.
All moderation decisions are final and non-appealable.
8) No Refunds for Violations
If your account is restricted, suspended, or terminated due to violations of these Guidelines, you are not entitled to any refund, credit, or compensation for unused subscription time.
