- Aggregated, anonymized statistics may be retained indefinitely for research and service improvement.
c) Payment & Billing Data
- Transaction records, invoices, and billing metadata retained for 5–10 years, as required by EU/Polish tax and accounting laws.
- Payment details (card/bank numbers) are never stored by us; they are handled securely by Stripe/PayPal.
d) Communication & Support Data
- Emails, tickets, and form submissions retained for up to 2 years after resolution.
e) Security & Logs
- Security logs, login attempts, and system monitoring data retained for up to 1 year, unless needed for fraud prevention or legal investigation.
f) Backup Data
- Stored securely, rotated regularly, and deleted automatically within 30–90 days.
3. User Requests for Deletion
- You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting [email protected].
- We will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days of verification, except where retention is legally required (e.g., tax records, fraud prevention).
4. Exceptions
We may retain certain data longer if necessary to:
- Comply with legal obligations,
- Resolve disputes,

- Maintain security and operational integrity.
5. Verification & Identity
