- AI tools provided by Nihoner are for personal study only and may not be submitted as original work in schools, universities, or official exams.
- Using Nihoner to assist in fraudulent acts (academic or otherwise) is a material breach of these Terms.
4. Cultural & Intellectual Property Respect
- Nihoner is a global platform centered on Japanese language and culture. Users must show respect for cultural traditions and sensitivities.
- Prohibited: uploading, reposting, or redistributing any content (datasets, books, media, licensed API outputs) unless you own the rights or have explicit written permission.
- Pirated content, copyrighted works, or unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property is strictly forbidden.
5. Authenticity & Security
- Users must not impersonate others, misrepresent affiliations, or create false identities.
- Automated bots, scrapers, or tools that harvest, spam, or interfere with Nihoner’s services are prohibited.
- Attempts to hack, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to Nihoner will result in immediate account termination and may be referred to law enforcement.
6. Minors & Parental Liability
- Users under 18 (or the local age of majority) may only use Nihoner with verified parental or guardian consent.
- Parents/guardians are fully and legally responsible for their child’s use, purchases, and any damages caused by the child’s actions.
- Unauthorized accounts created by minors may be terminated without refund.
7. Enforcement & Finality
- Nihoner reserves the sole right to investigate, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this Policy.
- Enforcement actions may be taken immediately, without prior notice.
- All moderation and enforcement decisions are final and non-appealable.
- Terminated or suspended accounts are not eligible for refunds, credits, or compensation of any kind.

- Nihoner cannot guarantee removal of all offensive material instantly, but will act in good faith once notified.
10. Survival & Legal Effect
- This Policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions and is legally binding.
- Sections regarding enforcement, parental liability, refunds, and intellectual property survive termination of accounts.
- Nihoner may update this Policy at any time. Continued use after updates means acceptance.
