If you falsely represent your location or status, you are solely responsible for violations of export control and sanctions laws, and your account may be terminated immediately without refund.
4. Company Rights
Nihoner reserves the right to:
- Block access from IP addresses or payment methods linked to sanctioned countries,
- Suspend or terminate accounts suspected of violating sanctions,
- Report suspected violations to relevant authorities.
