1. Subscriptions & Recurring Charges

  • All memberships and premium features on Nihoner are offered on a subscription basis unless otherwise stated.
  • When you purchase a subscription, you authorize us (and our payment processors, Stripe or PayPal) to automatically charge your chosen payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly, yearly, or as displayed at checkout).

2. Billing Cycles & Renewals

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Renewal charges will be made to the payment method on file.

  • If a payment attempt fails, we may retry the charge several times within a set grace period.
  • During this time, your account may be placed in a suspended state with limited access until payment is successfully processed.
  • If payment cannot be collected, we reserve the right to cancel your subscription without refund and restrict access until the balance is cleared.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • If you dispute a payment (e.g., via PayPal or your bank) without first contacting us, this may be considered a violation of our Terms.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event of a chargeback.
  • Important: Because our subscriptions grant instant digital access, chargebacks for “unauthorized” or “non-delivered” services may not be valid. Our published records (login history, content access) serve as proof of service delivery.
