2) No Results, Outcomes, or Fluency Guarantees

- pronunciation/accent outcomes, or

6) Age, Eligibility & Parental Responsibility (Bulletproof Version)
- Nihoner is not directed to children under the minimum digital consent age required by law in their country (16 in the EU unless a Member State sets a lower legal minimum; 13 in the U.S.; or the applicable age in other jurisdictions).
- Users must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction to purchase memberships or paid services.
- If you are under the age of majority, you may only use Nihoner with the active involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who assumes full responsibility for your use, supervision, and any purchases made.

No Implied License
No use of Nihoner grants you any license or permission beyond those expressly provided in a signed written license by Nihoner or the relevant rights holder. Oral statements, customer service messages, or automated outputs shall not create legal permission.
DMCA/Notice & Takedown; Repeat Infringers
Nihoner respects intellectual property rights. We maintain a designated copyright agent and will process notices under applicable law, including the U.S. DMCA, the EU Digital Services Act, UK Online Safety Act, and Canada’s Notice-and-Notice regime. We act expeditiously upon valid notice. Nihoner may remove or disable access to infringing content, suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers, and pursue legal remedies. Remedies & Limitation of Liability

Survival & Severability
