The half of Japanese you cannot practise by reading

Recognising a character is not the same as being able to form it, and understanding a sentence is not the same as being able to build one. This is where you produce, not receive.

Today's task · 15 September

Write about a time you had to ask someone for help with something difficult, and explain why you couldn't do it alone.

Use this pattern

Use 〜てもらう when someone does something for you and you are grateful or describing that favour. The person who helps is marked with に, and the verb goes in て-form before もらう.

Use these words
