Use this pattern
〜ました
Use 〜ました to talk about actions that are finished and happened in the past, like yesterday or last week. For example, 友だちと えいがを 見ました means "I watched a movie with a friend."

One way to write it
せんしゅうの どようびに 友だちと えいがを 見ました。それから、えきの ちかくで ごはんを 食べました。日ようびは いえで 日本語を べんきょうしました。
The answer uses 〜ました for each finished past action, so the whole weekend story stays in polite past form. The three required words appear naturally: 友だち with と, えいが with を, and 見る changed to 見ました.
