Use this pattern
〜ました (past polite form)
Use 〜ました when you talk about something that already finished, like a trip or an event that happened yesterday or last week. Example: きのう えいがを みました。

One way to write it
せんしゅうのにちようびに、ともだちと こうえんへ いきました。こうえんを ゆっくり あるきました。とても たのしかったです。
The answer puts the place with へ and the companion with と, then uses the past polite form いきました for the finished trip. The second sentence keeps the topic こうえん with を because あるく takes を for the place you move through, and the final sentence adds a feeling in the past polite style.
