Use this pattern
〜があります／〜がいます
Use 〜があります to say that a thing or place exists, and 〜がいます for people and animals. Put the place first with に, then the thing with が. Example: えきの ちかくに ゆうびんきょくが あります。

One way to write it
わたしの いえは えきの ちかくに あります。まちに おおきい こうえんが あります。こうえんで よく さんぽを します。
Each sentence starts with a known place, so the listener can picture the location before hearing what is there. The third sentence adds a personal habit with で plus を, which keeps the answer from being only a list of facts.
