なさる is the honorific form of する, used to show respect for someone's actions.

Replace する with なさる. It conjugates as an irregular godan verb: なさる → なさいます (masu-stem なさい), なさって, なさらない, なさる (dictionary).
なさる is a special honorific verb meaning 'to do'. Use it when you want to show respect to the person performing the action. It is the polite counterpart of する, similar to how いらっしゃる is for いる/くる. You will hear it in service settings, formal conversations, or when talking about superiors like teachers, bosses, or customers. For example, a shop clerk might ask 'どのようになさいますか' (How would you like to do it?) meaning 'How would you like to proceed?'
