Today's task · 1 October
Write about what you did last weekend and where you went.
せんしゅうの どようびと にちようびに なにを しましたか。どこへ いきましたか。かいて ください。
Use this pattern
〜ました
Use 〜ました to talk about actions that are finished, especially things you did in the past. Polite present is 〜ます, and polite past is 〜ました, so いきます becomes いきました. Example: ともだちと こうえんへ いきました。
Use these words
- いえ
- ともだち
- こうえん
At least 12 characters.
The check is instant, free and unlimited. It runs on this site's own dictionary and grammar tables — nothing you write is sent anywhere.
One way to write it
どようびに ともだちと こうえんへ いきました。にちようびは いえに いました。
The answer uses 〜ました for the finished action on Saturday, then switches to いました for simply being at home on Sunday. と marks the person accompanying the speaker, and へ marks the destination of movement.
Yours does not have to match this. It has to be yours.
