〜ました (past polite form)
Use 〜ました to talk about actions that are already finished, especially things you did in the past. Example: きのう テレビを 見ました。 (Yesterday I watched TV.)

One way to write it
きのうのばん、うちへかえってから、ばんごはんをたべました。それから、おふろにはいりました。十一時ごろねました。
The answer uses 〜ました for each finished action in order, so the evening reads as a simple sequence. それから connects the actions naturally, and ごろ is added to the time because ねました happened around eleven, not exactly at eleven.
