Write about what you did last Sunday: where you went, what you did there, and how it was.
せんしゅうのにちようびに何をしましたか。どこへ行きましたか。そこで何をしましたか。どうでしたか。
Use this pattern
〜ました / 〜でした (past polite form)
Use this pattern to talk about finished events in the past, such as things you did or places you visited yesterday or last week. With nouns and na-adjectives use でした, and with verbs use the ました form, as in こうえんへ行きました。

One way to write it
せんしゅうのにちようびに、あねとこうえんへ行きました。こうえんでさんぽをして、しゃしんをたくさんとりました。とてもたのしかったです。
The answer uses 〜ました for each finished action (行きました, とりました) because the day is over. Time is marked with に and the place with へ and で, and たのしかったです ends it with a polite past impression.
