Use this pattern
〜があります／〜がいます
Use 〜があります to say that a thing exists or is in a place, and 〜がいます for people and animals. The place comes first with に, then the thing with が, then あります or います. Example: つくえの 上に 本が あります。

One way to write it
わたしの へやに つくえが あります。つくえの 上に とけいが あります。まどの ちかくに 本が あります。
Each sentence puts the place first with に and the thing with が, which is the standard way to describe where something is. Repeating あります after each が item keeps the sentences simple and correct for this level.
